One of the best dining experiences I’ve had with First Table to date. The basement dining experience is pretty awesome. So lively, friendly, inviting and well organised..you don’t have to wait long before your meal is served.
We ordered halumi sticks as our entree - best decision..! Crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside..gluten free as well!
Then for mains, we ordered The Traveller pizza, The Gardener salad with more halumi sticks (ofcourse) and gnocchi with grilled chicken. Wow! It was so good. My favourite was the pan fried gnocchi, just sensational how it melts in your mouth with a burst of flavour. I thought it had the perfect balance of mushrooms, grilled chicken and delicious pasta. And gluten free!!

Dining options in Brisbane CBD on a Sunday are limited, so we were very pleased we found Corbett & Claude open. Next to St Stephen's Cathedral and down a lane, it is a hidden gem. It wasn't busy when we were there and the atmosphere was peaceful. Six of us were dining and we ordered a couple of starters and were presented with an additional two complimentary starters as well - a very nice touch indeed. We ordered 3 different pizzas to share as a main course and couldn't fault any of them. The crusts were cooked perfectly and the toppings very yummy. We had the Butcher, the Forager and the Botanist and would highly recommend each of them. Unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert but the coffees were excellent. The service was just right and the entire meal was reasonably priced. We will return! Trip Advisor
